The Rainbow-Maker of Sunnyside
Timmy, a curious boy fascinated by rainbows, learns how to create them using a prism. He shares this wonder at his school's science fair, winning not just the first prize but also the joy of spreading knowledge.
Once upon a time in a little village named Sunnyside, lived Timmy, a young boy fascinated by rainbows. Timmy was always curious about how rainbows appeared after the rain. His school teacher said it was science, but Timmy wanted to experience it himself.
His grandpa, a retired scientist, encouraged him to explore. "Why not make your own rainbow, Timmy?" Grandpa suggested, handing him a prism.
The next day, after a brief rain shower, Timmy ran to his backyard with the prism. Following Grandpa's instructions, he held the prism towards the sunlight. To his delight, a small but beautiful rainbow appeared on the ground.
His friends saw it and were amazed. "How did you do that?" they asked.
"It's all science," Timmy smiled, "but you have to see it to truly understand."
Word spread around Sunnyside that Timmy could "make rainbows." Soon, the local school asked him to demonstrate during the science fair. Timmy was nervous but excited. With his prism and the support of his Grandpa, he showed everyone how to make their own rainbows.
The children were thrilled, and even the adults found it magical. Timmy won the first prize in the science fair, but what he really won was something much more valuable—knowledge and the joy of sharing it.
From then on, Timmy became known as "Rainbow Timmy," and he never stopped exploring the wonders of science.
